The SC-Set 3 combines the precision of the SC-A hairdressing scissors with the SC-I60 thinning scissors from the Super Cut line. Both scissors are crafted from high-quality VG10 steel and manufactured using the latest CNC technology, ensuring exceptional sharpness and durability. The SC-A scissors offer versatility for precise cuts, while the SC-I60 thinning scissors are perfect for gentle thinning and adding texture. Both feature ergonomic handles for comfortable handling and optimal control.

If they are too tight, it increases wear on the blade material. Both incorrect settings reduce the working life of the scissors and undermine their cutting properties.

Maintenance

Depending on use, hairdressing scissors should be cleaned and oiled several times a week For this we recommend the medically approved Akashi oil, fulfills the highest demands on purity, compatibility and function. The pivot point in particular (see image) and screw should be oiled as this is where the most friction occurs.

Disinfection

Follow the instructions for use of the disinfection manufacturer. After disinfecting, wash the scissors under running water, rub dry and use the hairdryer to heat poorly accessible areas such as the screw system and the finger rings so that there are no more water residues. Then oil the scissors again with Akashi scissor oil.
